Visited Portslade store and was attended by Judy who had excellent knowledge of all products including the machine which defines what sort of mattress is best. Mistakenly I ordered King instead of Double. Very long waiting time to get through to Customer services (on hold for a total of 20 mins) so rang the store and explained. The change over was made and confirmed to me the next day by telephone. Excellent service by Portslade staff.

The lady was very knowledgable and had a very high level of customer service. She took a lot of time demonstrating the ottoman beds . She was very efficient but had a friendly manner . It was a good shopping experience

great customer service, knowledgeble sales person; no pressure, friendly staff; given plenty of time to choose and left alpne to try out different mattresses but sales person at hand to answer questions. Completion of purchase quick and simple.

The member of staff who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable and made it easy for us to find the item we wanted. Before visiting the Brighton store we went to the Worthing store, and the young lady in there was also very helpful.
