Dreams - Brighton

Myself and my partner were first assisted by Martin at the Brighton branch, he was knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to assist us, he was also supported by the rest of the team in the branch, a young lady who's name i didn't catch helped us understand the different types of beds and also Steve got involved at the end to show us available colours for our chosen bed online as there wasn't one displayed in store. It was actually Steve who took our order over the phone once we had a think and he was very helpful and friendly and the process was quick and easy.

My self and my husband,were very impressed with the service and attention we got from your staff.As soon as we entered the dreams shop,we were seen to.The young lady was very caring and listened to what we wanted.She showed us all the different mattresses,and what one would be best for us.She showed us all the different beds,and what colours they come in.The young lady made it so easy to pick exactly what we wanted and needed.So from start to finish,she tended to our every need,it was a pleasure coming to dreams,and I will certainly tell my family and friends how excellent dreams was. So thank you.

The person who served me (I can’t remember their name but they were young and blond with a short haircut) was a brilliant salesperson, efficient and full of knowledge. They really read my situation quickly, brilliant customer service that is rare these days.

Martin at the Brighton store was superb. He made sure we were comfortable and provided excellent customer service. His knowledge of the products helped us to choose a mattress we know we will be happy with!

Very friendly and knowledgeable service, quick and easy transaction. Felt safe covid wise, and listened to about our needs.

Chaos the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about her product and extremely helpful and not pushy at all—- she’s a credit to your company

Steve was brilliant. Took time to show us the products and explained how they would be delivered etc.

We were allowed to walk in, browse around and then were politely approached and asked if we needed assistance. We had a couple of questions which were answered straight away.
