We were able to try out various mattresses to see which one suited us best. Chaz was very helpful and informative about all the products.

Found a comfy mattress that was in the sale. Chazz was really friendly and happy to help

We were greeted straight away by an extremely pleasant member of staff who offered assistance with our requirements. Items were identified according to our needs and we were shown where the items were and told to try the items out for ourselves. Pillows were provided for our use and taken away for sanitising after our use, hand sanitiser was available on entry to the store and social distancing was carried out at all times. We were offered bottled water to drink while our order was taken. everything was explained very carefully and we had a choice of different options. Delivery was arranged for the same week that our order was placed. The paperwork was emailed to us very quickly. This was a very easy process made more pleasant by the help that we received from Chazz. We have shopped at Dreams before on many occasions and would certainly do so again.

Very friendly and helpful assistant and delighted with the price

Judy at the Brighton store was fabulous. She listened to what we were after and our budget and showed us all of the options. She put through out order quickly and explained all of the options in detail. We were very pleased with her service!

We entered the store 30 mins before closing, we knew the 4 items we wanted to try. The customer service-man was smiley, attentive and did not show any annoyance for our late attendance, he knew each item immediately we asked and helped us to make our decision so we could buy there and then.
