Staff were informatuve and helpful

The staff were helpful and very friendly. They made sure to follow all Covid guidelines, offered us plenty of sanitisation and at the end of our visit provided us with a bottle of water which we felt was a very nice gesture.

I felt comfortable shopping in the store and the service was excellent and the variety of mattresses was good.

So the staff was very professional and friendly and helped me choose exactly what I needed I was very happy with the perches and would highly recommend the store

Chazz who served us at the Portslade store was great at understanding our needs and effective in helping us make a decision between 2 mattresses. A very knowledgeable staff member. Another colleague also engaged with our 8yo by taking him through his own mattress assessment.

Very helpful assistant who was not pushy. Made our visit very pleasant.
