Great service, questions answered and generally friendly

The member of staff who assisted me was both professional and friendly and knew his product.

We knew what we wanted to buy, advice given. We were then given space & time to make our decision

Customer service fantastic. Really great with my child -important when you need time to discuss and try beds

Chazz was super helpful and quickly showed us how the colour coding system worked around the shop. She wasn’t pushy, just the right level of service and knowledge. Very friendly and a credit to Dreams.

Guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was very cold though.
