Chazz was so helpful, kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and made us feel looked after without being overbearing or pushy. We felt we had as much time as we needed to compare mattresses and when it came to purchasing, Chazz answered all questions and was just so helpful.

I was greet by a delightful lady who understood my every need for a new bed. Having recently losing my husband, I wanted a smaller bed. She gave me as much time as I wanted and only advised me on my choices especially after your “bed requirement test” I am looking forward to receiving my purchase

We were approached by Guy as we entered the store, he asked if we needed any help and then left us to browse which was perfect. As I tried some mattresses he asked me if I would like a pillow to complete the effect. I tried a few more and then he showed us the machine to calculate your body distribution. I did the test and he showed us some mattresses that matched requirements and then left us to choose. Really happy with the service. Not too pushy and let us come to our own decision along with his guidance and suggestions. Really helpful. He also sold my mum her mattress a few years ago and she is still really happy with her purchase.
