We arrived at the Portslade store with a couple of mattresses in mind as we'd seen them online. We were immediately approached as we entered the store by Martin who offered to help explained the covid measures and gave us pillows to try the mattresses we'd asked about he offered good advice and showed us all the appropriate options he was very friendly and helpful and we decided to purchase it there and then we were delighted to find we could have it delivered just a few days later and pay for a takeaway service to recycle our old matress. We were very impressed from beginning to end of our experience thanks to Martin.
