Friendly staff who allowed me time to look through the products and try out the mattresses without any pressure but were available when I had any questions to ask. They also appeared very knowledgeable about the products.

The sales consultant Steve was really helpful and explained the colour coding system really clearly. He gave us some pillows to try out the beds and plenty of space and time to find the right bed without feeling pressured. He also gave us some great advice about how to pick the best mattress. The sales process wasn't too long and Steve was friendly and helpful throughout. Really excited for our new bed which is arriving less than 2 weeks from our purchase date - which we were really please about, we were expecting at least 4-6 week waiting time. There could have been a higher range of bed frames to choose from, but I understand it's smaller than other Dreams outlets.

The in-store advisor (called Martin) was expertly knowledgeable about the products on offer, as well as the finance process we went through to complete our purchase. He was very friendly and supremely helpful in every way. He really made our shopping experience great. We were highly satisfied with the inside of the store, although the building and area in which is is located is pretty run down and could do with some renovation.
