Firstly I visited the store in Portslade last Saturday....I was offered to test the beds on your machine for the type of mattress I required. The salesman was helpful and gave me a quote. I did not buy on the spot. Went in again on Tuesday and was met by Judy who immediately put me at ease. What I liked was that she got up from her chair and walked out to greet me. It was a simple process as I needed finance and she was able to thoroughly explain everything. Well done Judy.... bed is being delivered on 6th April and I look forward to receiving it!!

I've never bought a mattress before so i went in kind of blind. I knew what I wanted roughly and Martin listened to my needs and understood them completely. Not pushy at all and I felt so comfortable being served by him.

The staff are very helpful and not pushy with the sale. The take the time to answer my question and also provide all the info needed for my sale. When I found out the bed I wanted have a 6 week wait time. I asked about another product and that was just a 1 week wait. So thanks for the good service. I am a returning customer again.....
