the staff in the store were very helpful. The store was well laid out and cleanliness was of a high standard . I was sent several text messages keeping me informed for my product and when it would be delivered.

Staff were helpful after having a very bad experience with an online "helper" who decided to cancel my delivery slot. We had purchased the sofa-bed for delivery in time for visitors from abroad and they are now sleeping on a blow up bed. Absolutely terrible online service but fabulous in store service and knowledge.
