Very smooth service with every customer box ticked by salesman Martin. Extremely knowledgable and charming. We did not feel at all pressurised. Only problem is you say we shopped at Potters Bar in Hertfordshire— 100 miles from Portslade near Brighton, where we actually shopped!

Steve from the portslade store who assisted me was incredibly helpful. He welcomed us in with a huge smile, came to us first without us having to approach him (we'd previously been in the store next door but had been ignored so we went into Dreams after). It was my first time buying a mattress, i had no idea what i wanted but he took me to the sleep mapping bed and then was incredibly patient with me (i was incredibly indecisive about what i wanted but his knowledge of the products was great) and really let me take the time to make a decision without being pushy and over bearing. Plus all the other members of the team in that store were incredibly friendly. I will 100% be recommending this store to family and friends.

Chazz greeted us immediately (with a smile) and in a relaxed but highly professional way guided us through --with mixture of technical and personal recommendations based on questions she asked us to establish needs. We ended up buying a slightly different Tempura mattress assured by the 100 day promise. There was no rush, plenty of time to try out options and a really nice style. a credit to your business in a world where customer servive in many retailers has nose dived--people are often the differentiator
