We were impressed with the protection and sanitising facilities offered during these social distancing times. Martin was very knowledgable and explained the differences between the mattresses. He was welcoming and did not pressure us into making a decision.

Social distance/cleaning and availability of cleansing gel was very good. The matress computer to help establish best matress was very good. The staff were exceptional in both their knowledge and explanations of different benefits of matress. He spent lots of time with me. As my husband has recently died I found the whole experience reassuring in that my confidence is somewhat low at dealing with these things at the moment. A huge thank you to the staff .
