Very helpful staff. Knew exactly what she was talking about and helped me in getting the right mattress.

Steve helped me throughout my visit. I wasn't sure where to start with choosing a new mattress and bed. Steve explained everything to me and helped guide me through trying different options. I used the sleepmatch machine and tried several mattresses until I was totally happy. Without his help I probably would have left without making a purchase . However I am now excitedly awaiting delivery of my new bed .

Came into store knowing what I wanted , guy was very helpful in processing my order quickly and I was able to see items in store and compare.

it was the whole experience, immediate attention from the sales assistant and then left to browse at my own leisure before he came back to assist with his truly encyclopedic knowledge. The time take to "fit" me for a mattress was quickly done, informative and thorough and the following recommendation for the type and firmness of the mattress, turns out was spot on. Sadly no example of the bed type i was after was on show, apparently not available anywhere to see but the sales assistant was able to show me on a large screen the bed and discussed it with me to a point where i felt even sight unseen i was confident enough to place the order. Just excellent work.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Felt so welcome, everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful. Left the shop feeling very satisfied and happy. Will definitely return.

Chaz was extremely knowledgable of your products. She was not pushy and took the time to acknowledge what our requirements where.
