Having shopped at this store before I returned and, again , was impressed by the customer service, from entering to leaving! Judi was excellent advising me on what mattress to buy and why! Also was pleased to be offered the 10 year extra cover plan. Great idea! Unfortunately there is 3 week wait for my delivery, sure it’ll be worth it. Also like the ‘ take away’ service of old mattress

Friendly and knowledgable service

We came to the store to do some research, specifically to use the mattress test device but the support and attitude of your representative, Guy (order 158A021214) was so good that we decided on the spot that we wouldn't bother checking alternative merchants for a better price as we were happy to pay (possibly slightly more) for the service provided. The whole experience was extremely positive (even though we brought our 1 year old, who was a bit fidgety) and would happily recommend Dreams in Portslade to friends and family.

Our Assistant Martin was very knowledgeable and offered guidance and knowledge for what we wanted and the budget we had to spend.

Assistants were helpful in explaining the various types of mattresses and beds available, offered a hot drink too. Not pushy, left me alone to wander around but were available when needed.

On several visits met different staff members who attended to us. On ordering bed, member of staff a attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful

Martin had a good knowledge of all products. Answered all questions.
