We placed our order with Guy at dreams in south wick He was brilliant

We wanted to purchase a bed and mattress. When we visited the centre Judy came over to us very promptly to speak to us. Judy was very knowledgable, welcoming and so helpful. We got to go on a trial bed which worked out what mattress we needed. We managed to purchase a mattress and bed frame along with pillows. We are so thankful for Judy's service which was so professional and helpful. The bed frame arriving for March 1st was sad that it is that far delayed however we will live with that. If you can make the delivery sooner that would be much appreciated. Thank you Judy for amazing service

Guy did a good job on helping us purchase a mattress and got us a great deal. Not his fault that the bed frame we want isn't available to order.

The lady who dealt with us was wonderful she was really good explain everything to us. it was a sham the other people who were working there did not have the same drive she had, they seam to be looking at her maybe talking about her Micky out of her. She is what your company needs.

I was served by Steve, he was relaxed, friendly and listened to my needs. Didn’t put a big sell on me and showed me the idea mattress for the specifics I’d given him. I quickly agreed on the purchase but didn’t have my wallet. I called back to pay an few hours later. Steve answered and remembered me and which mattress I’d wanted. A few quick questions later, maybe 5 minutes and I’d paid and had a delivery date arranged. A bit longer than I’d like but it is what it is. Price was fairly decent, could probably find the same online but at least this way I got good advice and was able to try it for comfort.
