We were greeted by an assistant as soon as we entered the dreams store. He was very patient as we tested out the beds. Nothing was too much trouble. He had a smile on his face and was happy to assist us. He gave clear advice and was very concise when speaking with us about the beds. Great all round service.

Simon was great, looked after us and helped us choose the mattress and bed we needed!

We were given all the information needed to make an informed choice of which bed we required.We were allowed to make our own choice without being pressurised.

Lindsey greeted us and said if we needed help just look for her, she was very knowledgeable about all the products. Helped us with the right mattress and we changed our minds a couple of times on what base,totally the best service we have ever received when bed shopping.
