I was highly satisfied with the experience with dreams because i felt that the member of staff helping choose our bed was very knowledgeable. The member of staff spoke to me alot about the different type of beds and mattress to help myslef choose the right matress and bed which suited myself and my husband.

We had plenty of options and choice to choose from with various prices. Julie who served us was so friendly and understanding of our situation. She made us a drink and sat us down to look at different options. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into making our decision but we are so excited to have our new bed and mattress.

Adam really helped us in finding the correct bed for us. We went to competitor and the service wasn’t up to standard so we ended coming back to Adam and got the deal we wanted.
