Aaron approached us within a minute,was friendly asked appropriate questions and made good suggestions. He explained everything thoroughly.

In June/July I'd had a bed delivered from this store and was very happy with the service and knowledge of the assistant, and the delivery men, who were all very helpful. On the strength of this experience, I returned to the store to purchase a mattress and was just a happy with the attention from a very helpful assistant, named Julie. I would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone buying a bed or mattress.

Bradley was lovely and bent over backwards to help us. We're not fantastic at knowing which bed we should be buying and he really helped us narrow it down, as well as assure us about the assembly service. He couldn't have done enough and is a treasure.

The colleague was very helpful but not pushy. I was kept informed of the delivery time by text and phone call. The mattress was delivered within the 2 hour time spot by really helpful drivers. I have told everyone I've spoken to of the excellent customer service.

The guy in the store was friendly and helpful but did not give the hard sell that I’ve experienced before and puts me off. He’s a great asset

The staff member I spoke with during my visit and when placing my order was really helpful and was able to answer all my questions. He was not pushing in making a sale and gave me plenty of time to decide on my choice of matress

I was served by a young man called Adam in your Bromborough store. He was extremely helpful. I did not feel pushed towards a sale and he was very informative, could not have asked for a better sales person

The assistant was so helpful, knew her stuff inside and out. She put me on the bed that streamlined which bed would be best for you, chatted to us all the time and made us a fab cuppa. She showed us all the beds available that suited myself and did price comparisons for us too. She showed us different beds different pillows and costed these for us too. Very thorough and pleasant experience, came away with the bed I wanted and pillow that is amazing.

Superb service from beginning to end. The staff on the phone fantastic. Staff in shop fantastic and delivery guys absolutely superb. Five star review from me. Will come again. The whole service and customer care is second to none
