The customer service was outstanding by Julie & a young chap in Bromborough. They offered me a cup of tea and talked me through everything and even used the sleep matcher to picl a matress suited for me

We were assisted by Julie who suggested we use the sleepmatch to find out which mattresses we should look at. She then took us around to try out the suggestions and talked us through each option. She showed us a range of mattresses at different prices and allowed us to take as much time as we needed to choose. We were offered hot drinks and she brought pillows for us to test the mattresses out. Overall great customer service, a good range of products at different prices, good product knowledge and we went away very happy with our experience.
