Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were shown the product we were interested in and an order was placed very efficiently. I had to ring the store a couple of days later to change my delivery date and this was dealt with efficiently also.

The assistant 'Adam' in the Bromborough store was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs, he also helped in keeping our 5yr old son entertained which allowed us to to focus on making the right choice. Delivery is very quick and the in-store manager provided us with discount against the pillows we purchased. Overall great customer service.

It was all down to Aaron I was prepared to pay 700 pounds total but because of his knowledge , ,time and carefulness of my needs I made a purchase over double of this amount Inwas not pressured just given plenty of care and information from him.

Our whole experience was excellent. This started with the wonderful Julie. We would not have known she had only been in post 3 weeks. She was friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. This level of professionalism was also echoed by her colleagues. She helped us through the whole process by accessing the programme which helps identify which beds are best for you, to actually trying them out, to the purchase process and then delivery - all conducted with a smile and patience. We intended to visit a number of shops but the support we had , the choice and price meant we chose the bed we wanted at the right price and with wonderful support.

Only went to look after trying the sleep match machine we looked at several mattresses and decided to have one Dave the assistant was most helpful so yes must say very satisfied with purchase
