Exceptional help from Bradley and Warren in choosing our mattress and very good product knowledge, also their attitude which was very helpful.

Steph at the Bromborough Croft Retail Park branch gave us excellent advice. She offered us a cup of tea, while we tried the mattress that gives you the data needed to know what works best for you. Steph narrowed our search to two mattresses and we found one we liked. We actually made a mistake with the size of the mattress and i went back the next day and she fixed it immediately. Very happy with the service provided

We were directed to use the sleep machine to help with our selection of mattress appropriate to our needs. The store assistants were very knowledgable about the different mattresses available to us and allowed us plenty of time to try them out. The benefits of each mattress we tried were well explained.

I was in and out of the shop in 30 minutes and very happy with my purchase and choice of delivery date.

We received a very professional service and this helped us to make the right choice of bed and frame.

Aaron was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and after using the mattress finder was able to show us products that would meet our needs. When we suggested that some of the suggestions were not quite as comfy as we would like he used his experience to find us the perfect mattress for us. He was also able to show us a range of divan bases, headboards and different style of pillows that we could have, and helped guide us to the best ones for us. Once we were happy with our selection, he offered us a drink whilst he made the order, and processed the finance for us. His knowledge of the finance terms were very good, and he was able to explain and help us decide the best terms for our budget. He was very friendly and we had a good rapport with him.

We were allowed to browse products without being pestered by the sales people. When we had decided what we liked we asked for help and information. This was readily given in a professional and knowledgeable manner. There was no pressure to buy only good advice and time to think and try. The mattress computer really aided our decision on which one to buy. Overall it was a really pleasant experience having persuaded my husband to consider a new bed, we actually came away having ordered and organised delivery - result! Bradley at the dreams store in Bromborough is a very good ambassador for Dreams and we would recommend to friends and family if they were considering a new bed.
