We found the assistant very helpful without being pushy. After explaining the colour coding (which we found very useful) she left us to discuss and try out the various mattresses. So we didn't feel under any pressure.

Friendly service and no pressure sales based upon good product knowledge.

Friendly staff, left us alone to decide, offered advice when appropriate.

We were served by Aaron who was really helpful and found us a the perfect bed based on us as a couple wanting two different things! Although the store had problems with the card machines Aaron said he could sort something out to ensure we got that days discounts. Luckily the machine was working again by the time we came to payment

The assistant was both knowledgable and did not pressure me. He came across as both honest and reliable, this proved to be the case as my order progressed.

I knew what I wanted and the assistant helped me find it quickly and efficiently.
