Our visit to Dreams in Bromborough, Wirral went really well. We noticed some discounts on the television adverts. We also checked the internet for prices and quality of mattresses. We had extremely good help with looking for the right mattress and found one at an excellent price. Our assistant was especially helpful and friendly. Her name was Steph.

The member of staff was polite and knowledgable. He showed a number of products after discussing our needs. He then helped us narrow down the options so that we could try the products. He talked us through the pricing and the options for delivery, recycling of our old bed, insurance, assembly etc.

Excellent service, greeted with hello how may I help you. Abdi spent time explaining the products, showing us the difference in the mattresses. WE were escorted around the store with Abdi taking time and patience showing us the various beds/mattresses and helping us choose a suitable for our requirements. We were offered drinks and given pillows when we made our purchase Abdi took time explaining the protection cover for the bed and mattress. Abdi was friendly but professional at all times. We would definitely return the buy again from dreams and recommend the store and servive.

The employee carried the rolled up mattresses to my car to arrange in the boot. Initially, we thought that the 3 wouldn't fit so he offered to transport 1 of the mattresses in his car to our home, as he understood my plight (2 children, 7pm, just arrived in area and got keys of new rental home with nowhere to sleep in the house if we didn't have the mattresses). We were also his last customer so we ran over 7pm but he was still jolly and accommodating. Excellent customer service ethos!
