The lady who helped me was lovely! Very friendly and helpful without being too over bearing like some sales staff can be.

Stephanie was a star and only reason we came back - we would have ordered two beds but thought they were too expensive when compared to bensons next door

had been delaying replacing our mattress because of the perceived hassle it would be (my husband has dementia - so stress is to avoided at all costs). However, the whole experience was relaxed, friendly and completely stress-free - from stepping into the store and being given a colour-coded guide of what was there, to being encouraged to try out the mattresses by lying down on them, to being made aware of special offers, of being assured our old mattress would be taken away at the same time of delivery - which was to be within a few days, to an efficient and uncomplicated placing of order and paying. All very much appreciated

Bradley was very helpful from as soon as we walked into the shop, so helpful with lots of information on the type of beds we were looking for, he offered us refreshments and was so nice and polite. Myself an my mother both said he was a lovely person, we will definitely be going back in the future, my mum has already brought a bed recently from Dreams in bromborough and highly recommended them to me, so i went there an purchased a new bed which will arrive on 13th October. Highly recommended.

Because from the very minute I walked in the store, I felt welcomed. I was offered a drink right away made to feel relaxed. The overall experience was fantastic. Stephanie was knowledgeable and did not push a hard sale. The experience was easy and painless because of Stephanie. She listened to our needs and met every one. She is a fantastic asset to your business. We intended to visit Bensons as well but didn't need to!

I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and will return to replace my other beds and mattresses as they need replacing. Absolutely brilliant
