Nice clean store (although the lift wasn't working and we had a pram to carry up the stairs). Good layout and the staff were not too pushy

Assisted by the manager who was friendly and very helpful answering all questions satisfactorily. time was spent demonstrating the sofa beds i was interested in and there was no rush or pressure to buy.

The sales advisor Dave was dabulousnwith supporting us in our decision and very knowledgable, didn't apply pressure either which wa since let us take our time.

WOW, I am gobsmacked with the friendliness and professionalism with the service we received from the moment we walked into the shop, until we left to have a look at the bed shop next door and then come right back to Dreams. We were assisted by Abdi and Steph who were really great and helpful, considerate and full of fun but professional at all times. My husband and I went to dreams to purchase a new super king mattress for our bed but ended up walking out with: 1 x NEW MATTRESS 1 X DAKOTA K OAK HIGH FOOT END BED SUITE ORLEANS SK DARK WOOD SLEIGH BED SUITE 2 X TEMPUR PILLOWS Excellent sales people and both Abdi and Steph will get our business again and again. Well done Dreams, you have 2 really dedicated staff members and they really know their stuff. Thank you again, I have no regrets about spending the extra money and replacing beds in not only our bedroom but the spare room as well. Well done and keep up the brilliant work
