Staff were very helpful and not too pushy

Steph and James were very helpful and spent plenty of time explaining everything with us

We were happy with how Steph was approachable but not over powering. She helped us find what we need but left us to think about it with our pressure.

Mr Smythe has learning disability and the girl who helped us was amazing with him. Even her co worker was great and understanding, I feel if you have a person of the month please give it to the 2 amazing people. Sorry I dont know their names. Kind regards Yvonne Brown Support Worker

I was greeted with a huge smile as soon as I walked through the door by Abdi your dreams salesman. He made me feel very welcome from the start and his customer service skills where second to none. He played a very big part in my decision to make my purchase as he was very helpful with every aspect of my needs.

Steph was both knowledgeable and friendly. I was on my lunch and the transaction was made pleasant, simple and swift.

Manager Arron was excellent and he was assisted by Stephanie his collegue. Really looking forward to receiving my new bed frame.

Abdi was very helpful when it come to picking our bed. He was very friendly and made the process very quick and easy

Brad, the sales assistant, was really nice. He was not pushy at all (compared the staff at Bensons next door). He was pleasant and easy going as well as very well mannered and helpful.
