Friendly knowledgeable staff, who gave us advice, but left us alone to browse. Offered us a cuppa ! We found exactly what we wanted & for a fair price.

On walking in showroom we felt relaxed and not pressured unlike the store next door who where very unprofessional Nicolette introduced her self and was extremely helpful

The beds were placed in categories making it easier to search and try them out for comfort. Staff particularly Victoria and Paulo were knowledgeable and very helpful allowing plenty of time to try beds and make a decision. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Nicolette at your Bromborough store looked after me as soon as I arrived at the store. I was unsure of the different quality of all the mattresses, Nicolette talked me through the different types. I was offered a coffee we sat down and I placed a order for 4 beds 4 mattresses and all the duvets , pillows and covers . The delivery date was flexible which suited me fine. All good will defiantly be shopping there again in the near future Many Thanks Sue Smith
