Friendly customer service from Simon within your Bromborough Branch. Explained how pricing worked, different ranges etc but then left us to wonder around and find him again when we wanted, which is how we like to shop. We had been next door first to Benson for Beds however found their staff over bearing and patronising, which led us to happily leave their store.

Member of staff was very helpful, didn’t make us feel rushed or like we were being an inconvenience as we had three very young children with us whilst in store. He went out of his way to entertain the children/ keep an eye on them whilst we were trying out mattresses.

Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful and he was able to provide me the lollipop I wanted 😜

Me and my girlfriend went to the Dreams Bromborough Store to buy a mattress, Simon was our assistance who was really kind and helpful offered us a drink explained everything and answered all our questions detailed even if we had loads :) We hopped on the machine and get ourselves scanned which mattress suits us the best, then he showed us all what the machine showed and we have found our very nice and comfortable mattress! Definitely 5 stars to him he was very helpful with finding our mattress! :)
