helpful and highly entertaining staff.Vickie and Paolo were great fun which made shopping there a pleasure.

The assistant didn't pressure us the minute we entered. He gave advice and then left us to browse, only approaching when we were ready.

i really don't like shopping for anything and even more so on a sunday when i should be relaxing. However i found your colleague, Dave, very friendly and helpful in explaining the products we were looking for (Bed and bedside tables). Dave was also very helpful once we had decided to make the purchase, with the delivery arrangements.

After visiting a number of other outlets I found the atmosphere and friendliness of Samantha (Sales Assistant) a pleasant relief. She was both pleasant and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what we were looking for and spent time explaining and showing us the options available (No Pressure Sales) like the other shops. Not bad cup of coffee either.

Very helpful staff. Store had problems with telephone/card link but explained the de,sy to us - fault with outside line etc but the staff kept us informed as we waited

The salesman David in the bromborough store was extremely helpful and honest with us showed us a few matresses and when we said it was to hard said it's fine we ve got a few more to go through. Was easy to talk to and guided us through all finance in easy terms

All staff were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Trying mattresses can be embarrassing and we were made to feel very comfortable.

Good service. Understood my requirements. Spent time establishing best mattress for me. Not rushed. Pleasant. Clear explanation of products.

On visiting the store in bromborough I was met by a lovely lady named Rachel who saw to my every need and completed the purchase of a mattress to suit my needs, I'm just sorry it will take three weeks for delivery. P scarbrough
