We found Rachel -the assistant- friendly knowledgeable and efficient. She offered us a drink as we entered the store and left us to take our time.

We were served by a lady called Victoria. Victoria was very friendly and very experienced when helping us to choose our mattress. If this survey hadn't been e-mailed I was going to e-mail Dreams to say how fabulous Victoria was - an asset to your company.

We were looking for a new mattress and bed since a long time. My partner have some issues with his shoulders while sleeping. The store manager Paolo understood straight away the problem and found us the right mattress to solve my partner's problem ! We are absolutely happy with our purchase. And all the advises from Paolo were just perfect for our needs. Great service !
