Happy with service, product and price. Lady named Vickie was very helpful.

We were just looking for a guest single bed for spare room we wanted quality @ a reasonable price our assistant was most helpful & very friendly .We decided to go for a coffee check out 2 other stores on the trading estate selling beds before m as king our purchase .Deciding without hesitation to go back to Dreams finding the assistant whom we saw earlier to go head and make our purchase .

Polite, friendly staff

The parking was excellent i was able to park outside the shop, once in the shop the assistant came over to help but was not pushy in any way i told her what i was looking for and got a couple of options, the mattress i purchased was on half price with free delivery whats not to love i will definitely be recommending Dreams to my family and friends.

Nicolette who served us was very knowledgeable and was able to assist us to effectively pick the right mattress for us. The whole experience was a smooth process, excellent customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager was very polite and more than happy to explain all my options and help me placing the order.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Offered refreshments. No rush or pressure for sale.

All the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They answered questions thoroughly and we were left to view and try out a variety of mattress types without being pressured. We left with a quote and returned the following day to view our chosen bed. Returning the following evening to complete our purchase. At no time were we pushed into the sale and felt very comfortable with staff.

The staff were excellent and Rachael who served us at the brombrough store had lots of knowledge on the products available and with the needs we have (husbands disabled) made sure it was the right bed for us. She also gave us information on the type of mattress that would be best suited for us. We were also offered a nice hot drink and a seat whilst being seen to, Or just to gather our thoughts before purchasing. The staff at dreams were very socialable and did not feel pressured on first approach and were left to browse at our own leisure.
