Lindsey and the team were amazing. Really friendly and outgoing. You can tell they all love being in work, they made me and my disabled mum feel welcome and comfortable

Simon took time to show myself and my husband who is disabled the beds. He took time to explain the different types of bed. He could not have been more helpful.

Steve was very friendly and welcoming. He asked lots of opening questions regarding the requirements for a double bed for my daughter and matched her to one perfectly. He made her feel special as she tried the sleep station and mattress and pillows. He left us alone while we made our decision then talked us through all our options when we decided to go ahead. He clearly explained every part of the process . He is an asset to your company and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Friendly knowledgable service. I liked the fact that we were given the time and space to look around with out any pressure, and that there wasn't any hard-sell.

The store was clean, Simon who served us took us right through the whole process from mattress measurement thing 😂 all the way through to the pillows and the frame. The whole process was painless.

We had been into Bensons for Beds which is next door to your outlet. They followed us around the store and kept pestering us, which was not appreciated and were actually unable to assist with our requirements , whereas your staff greeted us left us alone to look and when we approached them, they listened to what our needs were, explained our options and guided us through the whole process and fully met our requirements. Great service.
