The member of staff was very helpful and made sure we got the right mattress.

We were met by Vicky in the bromborough store. We were just trying to find the ideal mattress which we confirmed to Vicky. She asked if we would like a drink whilst we were looking around. She didn't follow us round or hound us so that we would be obliged to pick one she just brought over our cup of tea and said just shout I'll leave u in peace to look. While we were looking she printed some pictures off the computer for our 4 year old daughter to sit and colour which we thought was lovely. When we decided on the mattress she went through all the information with us about the mattress and the package included in the price. We weren't pushed into buying it or pressured. She told us to look at some of the others if we wanted but we had made our mind up. The sale was done very quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Vicky was very helpful.

Me and my partner were really impressed with Dave at the bromborough store he was super helpful , made us a cup of tea and made us comfortable. He had a lot of knowledge on the bed we wanted and wasn't pushy understood we had a budget and kept the price under that ! Amazing service !

The saleslady was very informative. recommended the best product for us. We still went elsewhere to look around and came back to Dreams ti buy the bed she suggested... we think it is better quality than the others.

Wow! We were pleasantly surprised. Vickie at your Bromborough store was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our needs were listened to and great advice was given so that we ended up with exactly what we needed. The bed is so comfortable that we are sleeping better then we have in years. Your staff at Bromborough are a credit to your company. The range of mattresses is excellent and there is something for all budgets and needs. We didn't feel pressured and received great customer service. Well done Dreams!
