Dreams - Bromborough

Nicolette was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted in a friendly manner and offered a drink several times. My daughter has a spinal condition and Nicolette helped us choose a suitable mattress. She went through the order with us in a clear way so that we understood and even sold us pillows and a duvet. I will defiantly come back to this store to purchase another bed as soon as I can. Thank you Nicolette and Dreams.

We were looking for a firm double sized mattress. Visited the Bromborough store on Monday afternoon, and on arrival was greeted by Nicolette. She was friendly and knowledgeable on the the specific mattress we were after. Offered us tea and coffee. The store was well laid out and very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Vickie was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable sales advisers I have encountered. She knew when to leave us and when to be on hand. I could not fault her! We also enjoyed chatting to her male colleague at the Bromborough store

I went in knowing what I wanted as I seen it online but the page kept going off so I went to store and it was all done in ten minutes

When we entered the store Nicolette greeted us and asked if we needed help. She directed us to the bed we wanted to look at and offered us a drink. We were given time to try the bed out and then were given detailed information on the different mattresses available for my daughter to try. Nicolette was helpful as she listened to my budget requirements and helped direct us to the appropriate products. We were given a very comfortable pillow to try with the mattresses that my daughter would very much like me to purchase too!

Very friendly and understanding assistant. We were given all the time we needed to explore our options and choose a suitable bed for us. David who served us was extremely helpful and didn't try to over sell your product. He gave us exactly what we were look for. We really appreciated his professional manners and efficiency.
