The salesman knew his products well and spent time with me going through the options. I didn't feel under any pressure to commit to making a purchase at all. The sale was completed quickly and efficiently with minimum fuss.

Dave had very good product knowledge, was friendly and helpful. Dave also know when to stop talking . . the art of a good sales person, to know when to be quiet !!

Even after explaining that I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a guest bed the salesman treated me the upmost courtesy and went out of his way to find the product that perfectly matched what I needed.
