When we entered the store we where greeted shortly after looking around at a few mattresses and not just jumped on straight away which was nice, Nicolette explained all about the colour codeing of all the different mattresses types (which made it simple) and asked what we where looking for and pointed us in the right direction and offered us a cup of tea/coffee, we where left alone to browse at our own leisure and came over a while later to see how we where getting on. We decided on one to purchase and offered discounted pillows to go with our new mattress, it was a very pleasant experiance, Thank you!

THE SALES ASSISTANT EXPLAINED ALL THE OPTIONS CLEARLY AND SHOWED EXAMPLES. SHE ARRANGED A SUITABLE DELIVERY DATE. SHE WAS COURTEOUS THROUGHOUT AND PUT ME UNDER NO UNDUE PRESSURE.

Good advice on product before purchase.

Your assistant Rachel was very knowledgeable regarding the type of beds and mattress you stock. She helped us to decide on the bed and mattress best suited to our requirements. Overall we found our visit to your store very pleasant and considering we only decided this morning we should get a new bed we came away very pleased.
