Time taken to understand my need for a comfy mattress as I am a frontline nhs worker and also have a back complaint. The member of staff had personal experience on both and understood the requirements and showed us and let us try every bed.

Service from the team was exceptional. Lindsay looked after us so well, and had a good sense of humour. She helped me get up from trying the beds, as I have mobility issues, and answered all our questions - even offering a bottle of water. Her colleagues even shared their Quality Street while we were paying for the mattress.

The guy Adam Bromborough branch was brilliant, we gave a budget and kept what we want in budget, and explained each option. Brilliant member of staff

I was buying two beds one for myself and one for my 20 year old soon so our needs were different. Dave was knowledgeable and was right in his recommendations.

Great choice of beds and bases , loved the machine that tested out our needs , staff member was really helpful and not pushy which made us at ease of making the right choice . We left the store and discussed our needs and went back to place the order

We were given excellent help in store by Adam. We came in having only a vague idea that we wanted a double mattress and that we wanted to try some out. Adam helped guide us to our purchases but we never once felt pushed into anything. We came away with two mattresses and a gorgeous bed frame, and genuinely it was because Adam was so willing and able to help us out.
