I was welcomed in store by nearly all staff - given time to look around store and products without being pounced and approached at an appropriate moment to determine my needs and escorted to the products and options that the sales associate had determined from my responses. Nicolette also made my children and I feel comfortable and welcome in the store whilst we completed the transaction.

Rachel was very helpful to us, showing us the various options of what we were looking for and offering alternatives. She was extremely friendly and did not rush us into making a decision, allowing us the time and space that we needed before placing our order.

we were offered a drink, biscuits, haribo. we were seen to quickly and the sales advisor had very good knowledge of the product and answered all of our questions. she went through each aspect of our order and thoroughly explained the insurance cover and finance option. she was very friendly and enthusiastic. It was really positive experience and we would hesitate in purchasing again from Dreams.

Nothing too much trouble, and didn't just direct me towards the highest price mattresses. Very friendly and did not feel like I was being rushed to make a decision.
