I was served by Rachel who was friendly and happy to help at all times without being pushy. She was knowledgeable about the products and took the time to talk me through different options. I made the purchase in the store on that day because I was happy with the service she provided.

We were very satified with the service we recieved at Dreams in Bromborough. The woman who saw to our needs was very helpful and answered all our questions. We felt very reassured about the beds we ordered and should we have any problems were told to contact them. I would recconmend Dreams to family or friends. Regards
