Sam, who served us, was available whenever we had a question but left us to explore the store without hassling us. She was very knowledgeable and explained the mattresses really well. When we were ready to buy it was very simple, the delivery date was as soon as we wanted it and we had refreshments provided by another team member. Sam explained the whole process very well.
