the staff were very friendly and made us feel important and new what they were talking about

my wife and i found it a pleasure to shop at Dreams as we were made to feel so special and nothing was to much trouble

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly.

We were given time to look around before any assistance came to us, which is better than being bombarded as soon as you walk in. After having time to look around and find a bed we liked John came to our assistance he gave us all the information we wanted and gave excellent service. John then handed us over to Dave who sat down with us to place the order. Both John and Dave were excellent customer assistants and gave us excellent service.

We thought the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable without trying to push the products. We were very happy with the assistance we received and processing our order was efficient and painless.

The assistant was knowledgeable and attentive but not too pushy He left us to discuss the product and was on hand to answer any questions or clarify points as required.
