Although problems occurred during the delivery the delivery men were helpful, and when I returned to the store the staff were charming and my problem was speedily solved

Friendly welcoming staff, the store layout and colour coding system made it very easy to find the exact grade of mattress that we were looking for. The whole experience was very staightforward and very satisfying.

Graeme the store manager was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. This made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. He encouraged us to try the beds out and ask questions and even made us a couple of cups of tea. Exceptional customer service.
