The sales rep that assisted myself and my partner was very patient, helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the beds available and took the time to break down the price for us, go through options and I feel that the price we paid OS fair in comparison to the product and the service

Friendly courteous knew hsi products and was good at passing on his knowledge much better then dreams in Chester. They were too aloof and full of themselves but you do get that attitude in Chester, pity , but the way it is. I would employ Peter in my business

Store assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. Once the explanations were made we were left to make our decision with offer of help when required. The 'grading' of the beds made it easy to pick the level of product we were interested in. Assistance in choosing the pillow was also helpful. We did not feel under any kind of pressure to buy which made the whole experience a pleasure.

The staff we spoke to Peter & Graeme were both interested in our needs and offered what we felt was valued experience and opinions.

Rachel explained she was new as soon as she came over to help, this immediately made me feel relaxed as she was already being honest with me. As she had only been in the job for a matter of weeks her knowledge of the products was excellent! An asset to the store!

Thoroughly good sevicr very efficient and good customer service

We were highly satisfied with our customer experience. We felt like we bought what we were looking for the sales assistant offered us other products to go with our purchase and also offered us hot drinks.

The assistant Peter was very helpful without being too pushy.

Jenna the sales assistant,was very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. She spent time with us ,and also gave us time alone for us to think and talk .Definitely recommend.
