Dave he explained the different of the colours and I explained my condition and he said what he thought but said of course it was up to me what I decided as it was me that would be sleeping on it and he was not there to put pressure on me and left us to try out different beds and he gave me a pillow to take round with me so we enjoyed our visit it was nice not to be pressured into buying. We did buy that is what we like being given information but left to look around but he did come up and ask how we were doing so thank you.

An easy shopping experience

Only wanted a cheap bed (Student) He sold me a display bed at a good price

we have orderd a tempur mattress from your store. the service was very usefull to us. they told all we needed to know about our new tempur mattress also we tried quiet a few mattresses helped us to decide on the one besf for us there was no rush we could take our time . thankyou to the sales man he was a great help. we would definatley recomend bromborough store. thanks again. delivery arranged sorted

I was attended to immediately by a friendly but not over the top sales person. He helped to find exactly what I wanted and explained the order clearly so there could be no misunderstanding about what I hadordered and what the costs were. Also very pleased that I could have the item in one week.

Dave, our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He gave us a broad description of the range of mattress types and then let us get on with making our choice. Once we had made a decision, he was very helpful in the sales process.

Peter was a credit to the company he offered information and demonstrations when we needed but also knew when to take a step back and not try and over sell. We hadn't planned on buying a bed but his enthusiasm and patience along with his excellent product knowledge convinced us we were getting a good deal
