THE SALESMAN WAS QUIETLY SPOKEN AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ADVISING US AS TO OUR NEEDS. GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR AND GAVE US A NICE CUP OF TEA PLUS A DISCOUNT AND TWO PILLOWS. VERY PLEASING EXPERIENCE WITH NO PRESSURE.

we arrived at the Bromborough store almost at closing time but were greeted by Bob Pegg with a welcoming smile. His clear knowledge of the different mattresses rtc helped us to decided on exactly what we needed for our new apartment. The closing of the sale was enhanced with a bit of discount and a gift of two pillows and a cup of tea made to our individual tastes. thank you bob!

Peter pointed out several items in the store, while his colleague made us a nice cup of tea.We asked loads of questions and we were always given a very helpful and honest answer. We found your staff very polite and our experience in this store was a very pleasant one and yes we will be returning.

Dave (Sales Assistant) wasn't pushy, he explained the differences in the mattresses and the pricing structure. He then let me look around the store and try different mattresses and beds. Once I was ready to make a purchase he went through all the options, and made it all very easy and clear. I found Dave to be very knowledgeable of the products I asked him about. The store itself was clean and very bright, as well being well laid out.

very impressed by the service received. Peter, who was our advisor was both knowledgeable and helpful whilst retaining a most professional manner in his sales approach. The products my wife and I chose eventually, met our disability needs. Not a problem for Peter, who put up with our testing of products; what a choice. Prices to suit most peoples pockets and quality throughout. We will be back.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams in Bromborough, Wirral as I was given assistance but not pressurised to buy. The assistant gave me ample time and choices to enable me to make a decision. The paperwork was dealt with swiftly and delivery arranged to suit myself.

I went into the shop, I knew what I had in mind, the sales person was very helpful; giving both information and very informative. It was my intention to "shop around" however because of the sales persons help,and non "pushy" approach I was very happy to make my purchase. I would also like to add, when trying beds, being a larger lady I can be very self conscious, however this sales person made me feel very much at ease and comfortable in this situation. I would certainly recommend Dreams, and in particular this store.
