Staff were very helpful but left us to try out beds with mum, who is disabled without pressuring us.

Dave from brombrough store was really helpful and didn't push us into buying anything he told us the details and left us to think about it which is what I like instead of being pressured into saying yes because they don't leave you alone untill they have a sale but Dave was excellent he had all the knowledge we needed to know and he was just great

The visit to the store in bromborough was unexpectedly pleasent. Nothing was too much trouble for the store employee. The sejection of beds on displt was quite impressive and we were given enough facts about quality and firmness etc to be able to choose beds which suited our requirements. The person heping us, Dave, was courtious and informative at all timrs and we were not hurried into making a decision but allowed to make our own minds up. An old world experience in a modern setting. We are very satisfied.
