Dave was helpful and listened to what we wanted without being pushy. Overall this one our business instead of us going to bensons.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by two friendly faces, nothing was too much troublle during the whole tine we were in there.

It was a return visit to purchase another mattress as I am delighted with the value for money and friendliness of staff

Peter was lovely. Very helpful, but not too pushy. All staff very welcoming to both ourselves and the children. Felt very comfortable looking, and felt that Peter understood our position.

When I rang a person answered instead of a machine, he was exceptionally understanding of my situation and when I said I will call into store he told me to ask for him, Peter. When I got there he greated us as he recognised who we were because he had listened when I described my circumstances. He dealt with everything, speaking to the person I was supporting, involved him with everything dispite his learning disability. When I go to brombrourgh for my new mattress I will be asking for Peter because he is an asset to your company.

Choices were explained in detail then we were left to make our mind up with no pressure

I visited the store a couple of weeks ago to check out which mattresses were available. Jim was very helpful, listened to my needs, showed me suitable mattresses and gave me time to think and ask questions. I didn't feel pressured to make a choice and felt totally secure and happy with the service. I returned to the store today and was served by Jim who remembered me and my specific needs. - A very satisfied customer.
