Staff very friendly and offered to make us a drink.explained and helped us throughout our visit.

The staff, especially Dave, were helpful and showed us several beds and discussed our options. Dave even pointed things out we had not thought about and made suggestions which we took on board

easy purchasing, delivery sorted out quickly, in and out.

Very friendly. Staff allow you to look and check if you are OK without hovering over you. Jim is excellent, great with our kids giving them sweets etc while mummy and daddy manage to look etc. I have been before, its a great store

We need a mattress, had little knowledge of exactly what we wanted. The sales assistant explained the system, provided information about the products, and allowed us to try out and compare. We able to choose simply and quickly!

Peter was very helpful, gave us good advice and was very professional. He discussed options with obvious knowledge but no hard sell.

I bought my active gel mattress at the Bromborough Retail Wirral store. The colleague Dave was absolutely brilliant. He explained all the diffierent mattresses, prices and mattress contents, and Dreams commitments including the 40 day trial. Which I thought was a fab option. etc. He even took the time to find me a pillow !! He then left us alone to try without any pressure. He was so knowledgeable about all the products. He arranged delivery to fit in with my shifts as a nurse. Be proud of your Dave as he is a credit to you. I am so excited to get my mattress. Absolutely will be recommending your store to my friends family and work colleagues. Amazing service . Thank you so much. Keep up the good work. Kathy

Peter at the store helped us on two occasions. He was polite not pushy and gave us time and space to look around. He also made recommendations to ourselves. We didn't buy on the first visit but returned the next day. Again we received the same high level of service from Peter.
