Dreams - Bromborough

I am absolutely satisfied with my visit in dreams today. Me and my boyfriend only went to look around and find out if they have what we looking for but and excellent customer service of a store manager Jim made us buying everything there and then. He listened to our needs and found us the best product in the best price. As we both work in retail ourselves we were highly satisfied and really surprised of a customer service we have been given. Definitely going to come back there in a future with any need.

Member of staff explained how the colour coding of mattresses worked as soon as we started looking , staff member brought us a different pillow to try whilst testing the beds , coffee was offered whilst ordering , definitely no complaints

The staff were friendly and efficient and took the time to explain the various types of mattress.

If like me you have never purchased a mattress from a store then please do so now. I felt like Princess and the Pea. We were greeted with a warm friendly smile by Dave. Explained that my old mattress was killing my back. We were shown what the colours represented on the beds ie firm , medium ect and the type of springs, memory and gel types of beds they produce. I Was provided with a pillow after being asked what type I slept on, this pillow was even better than mine so I knew I would be purchasing some even if I couldn't pick a mattress. Then I was encouraged to try the beds. Coffee was provided for my husband while I hopped from bed to bed. At no point did I feel silly or felt rushed on trying the beds. Once we established I didn't like the firm beds we were taken further into the store. Again left to bed hop. With Daves knowledge I feel we have chosen the right bed for us. Finance was sorted out pretty quickly with a suitable date for delivery which I thought was pretty quick. Mattress are expensive . 40 nights sleep on new mattress to decide if this is right has given me peace of mind. Will always use Dreams when purchasing from now on. Thank you

Very knowledgable staff, who showed us alternatives and gave us enough time to try all the beds several times to ensure we picked the right one.

I had an amazing visit to dreams Bromborough, I was served by Peter who was very helpful and patient when I had to go home to get my phone because my card does not have my account number, he was extremely polite and his knowledge of the products was amazing! I would highly reccomend this store and Peter to anybody looking for a new bed!

My Husband & I felt we got a resonable deal for what we where looking for.What sealed the deal was the fact that the delivery drivers put the bed together for us which is good as there is a tv that needs setting up in the bed. We felt that made all the difference & all so they take away all the package.
