A wall welcome as you enter and then asked if we would like any help and if we had any specific needs and if we would like to take a look at the online items and as I have 2 children they asked if they would like a biscuit which I thought was very nice of them.

This was the 2nd visit to order further products (original order date 18thy February). The sale was handled by the same salesperson (Jim) who was both very welcoming, friendly and efficient in understanding my needs and in directing me towards the subsequent purchases i made.
